Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Continuing our tradition of whiskey bonding, this craft whiskey is a small batch release of 4-year-old Single Malt Irish Whiskey that has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels prior to finishing in Oloroso Sherry casks. This whiskey is fruity and sweet with lovely, toasted oak-flavours, followed by caramel, exotic spices, dates and raisins.
