Single Grain Irish Whiskey

Celebrating our 50 year Anniversary this Craft Whiskey is a traditional Small Batch release of a 5-year-old Single Grain Irish Whiskey expression that has matured in ex-Bourbon Oak Casks prior to finishing in Oloroso Sherry Butts. This maturation process adds layers of flavour profiles that include vanilla, warm caramel, with sweet aromas of dried fruits and warm spices.
